Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to the vehicle and a safe place to work, you don’t need to be home. We’ll keep you updated before, during, and after the detail with photos and text updates.
Do you need access to my water or electricity?
Not at all. Our van is fully self-contained with water, power, and all professional equipment. You don’t need to provide a single thing.
How long does a full detail take?
A full interior and exterior detail typically takes about 3 hours, depending on the condition and size of the vehicle. We take our time to make sure every detail is right.
How far do you travel?
We’re based in Fort Worth and currently serve most of DFW including Arlington, Hurst, North Richland Hills, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure, just shoot us a message — we’ll let you know if you’re in our service zone.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is quick and easy. Just click “Schedule My Detail” or “Book Now” on the homepage, choose your service, pick a date and time, and you’re all set. You’ll get a confirmation by text or email right after.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure mobile payment system. No cash needed — everything is contactless and convenient.
What happens if it rains on my appointment day?
If the weather won’t allow us to safely detail your vehicle, we’ll contact you to reschedule at your convenience — no fees, no stress.
Do you offer maintenance plans or monthly services?
We do! After your first detail, you can opt into one of our monthly maintenance plans to keep your vehicle looking freshly detailed all year round — at a discounted rate.
